Part time is less than 34 hours.

– Veterinary Assistant: Be right in the middle of providing the best patient care! Must be able to lift 40lbs unassisted, must have some animal or veterinary knowledge, must be friendly, personable, and quick to learn. Can train for the right person. This position involves a lot of cleaning, stocking, direct animal care and husbandry, and client communication.  Position description includes starting of appointments, obtaining histories from clients, weighing patients, assembling vaccinations, assisting veterinary technicians, some client education, cloud software use, restocking items used, clean up and set up of exam rooms and surgery and kennel areas.  Starts at $16/hr and up.
